There she goes, the blazer girl. That's my new mission at work, to become known as the blazer girl. I always used to be the hat girl (not a title I wish to give up) but over the past few weeks I've purchased 6 new blazers. Uh...Whoops? I've been looking for a way to spruce up my work outfits and since I have a huge, recently purchased wardrobe and some extra hanging space, I figured I'd buy some new (to me) jackets!

If I'm being honest, I actually bought this Oasis nautical long jacket a few months ago in the sale and it isn't one of the 6 newbies. Oasis jackets are my favourite, they have a great fit and last for years. I managed to score 3 on eBay for next to nothing!

Nike Air Max 1 Ultra SE Trainers Review

Happy Nike Air Max day! Okay, so officially it isn't the big day until tomorrow, 26th March, but we're celebrating a day early with this new style post from Sam. All hail the world's coolest trainer which turns 30 this year! Released for the first time all the way back in '87, this classic style has been tweaked and fine-tuned over the past few decades.

Both Sam and I are firmly in the Team Nike camp with the Air Max being our weapon of choice. We have trainers from other brands but in our opinion, you just can't beat the fit and look of the Air Max. The latest addition to my bae's sneaker collection is the Nike Air Max 1 Ultra SE trainer in red from Mainline Menswear

Nike Air Max 1 Ultra SE Trainers Red

Suede jacket: New Look - Jumper: H&M - Jeans: Next - Nike Air Max 1 Ultra SE via Mainline Menswear (c/o)

Sam's wearing the size 9 here, he's usually a 8.5 in footwear but he went half a size up for the perfect fit. He doesn't own any red trainers so was drawn to these guys because of the colour - not bright red but a lovely rich colour which is almost burgundy. He styled them with some black jeans, grey flecked pullover and a suede jacket. A standard Sam outfit.

In case you aren't familiar with Mainline Menswear, they have a large range of men's designer clothes (more than 100 brands) including labels such as Nike and Hugo Boss. Customer service is friendly and delivery is speedy. Most importantly, they have a strong trainer game.

Today was unusually warm but we weren't complaining... I've been looking forward to light jacket weather since September last year! We spent most of the day with our mums and as mentioned in a previous post, we're planning to go for afternoon tea tomorrow which is pretty exciting. I hope everyone is having a good weekend in the sunshine!

Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris Perfume Review

With Mother's Day fast approaching, I've been racking my brains for gifts to buy my mum! I decided to book afternoon tea at The Bristol Hotel but I also want her to have a present to open on the day. Her favourite things consist of family, travel, jewellery, skincare and perfume, and her #1 place in the world is Paris.

We visited Paris together a few years ago and she spent 80% of the time saying, "OMGosh, this is amazing!!". Ha. Perfume can be a tricky present to give as it's such a personal thing, however, knowing how much she loves Paris and the fact we like similar scents, I'm pretty confident the Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris perfume is the gift I've been looking for.

Maison Scotch: Bristol Street Style

Can I get a WHOOP WHOOP because it's finally leather jacket weather!? Last Saturday, I headed to Clifton in Bristol for some thrift shopping and good eats. I haven't been posting many style shots of late (I blame the awful weather) so it feels good to share this casual Saturday look.

I don't know how it happened, but I have a new favourite casual label - Maison Scotch, the sister brand of Scotch & Soda. I have a couple of their sweatshirts and raglan tees, and my love for them is growing! Move over Wildfox, I'm now all about this hella cool brand from Amsterdam. Country Attire, The Dressing Room and Van Mildert are my favourite stockists.

Where to buy ChloBo Bracelets

My name's Tara and I'm a magpie. I'll admit, I'm a sucker for anything shiny but I have a particular weakness for jewellery. I love my jewels and I have *quite* a lot of them. One of my favourite brands is ChloBo, both Jade and I have been fans since the beginning and J has even met its founder, Chloe Moss (who is a total babe, by the way). Chlobo was inspired by Chloe's travels and a bit like me, she loves to explore the world, has an eclectic personal style and believes in the power of accessories.

At the last count, I had 9 ChloBo bracelets. My favourite thing about them is how easy they are stack! My latest addition (and lucky number 10) is this Cute Charm 3D bracelet. As previously mentioned, I'm crazy for celestial jewellery which is probably why I couldn't resist this little beaut.
