It's almost autumn and I've started injecting my wardrobe with one of my favourite A/W colours - burgundy! I was recently sent a pair of Novesta trainers (in wine) and I couldn't wait to wear them. I met the team behind the brand at Pure London and they were really excited about their new range of sneakers.
Dress: Dorothy Perkins - Trainers: c/o Novesta - Necklace: Vivienne Westwood - Belt: Topshop - Bangle: Nicholas King - Satchel: Dr. Martens
The sole is really unusual, it's made from a mixed rubber compound and unlike PVC, it resists the bad weather so doesn't break in winter! I love the wine colour and I'd quite like a pair of all white too, or maybe the low top version. I accessorised with some of my favourite jewellery and my yummy oxblood Dr. Martens satchel.
The last close up photo shows the full detail of the soles (which have even been used by the Czech army), how cute!? I think it's a nice change to the boring soles that most canvas trainers have. My star sneakers (£34.50) are a size 6 (or 39) and I'm usually a 6.5, the low tops are even cheaper at only £24.99.
