Sunday was a beautiful day so I headed to Bristol harbourside for a walk with my friend Craig. I love wearing dresses without a jacket because it means summer has finally arrived! Bristol is such an awesome city, especially in the sunshine and I don't think I'll ever get bored of it.
I decided to wear my new map print dress by Yumi aka the perfect summer frock! I was recently given the task of styling it as part of Yumi's 30 Days of Summer campaign, the team challenged 30 bloggers to style a selection of Summer pieces and will be featuring a different blogger on their blog, every day.
My dress is such a girly piece which has a great fit and I was feeling good in it until I was stopped by a random stranger who (enthusiastically) told me how lovely it was... and then I immediately felt amazing in it!
After two hours of walking we needed a quick ice cream break. We spent the afternoon enjoying the view and before long it was almost early evening and therefore time for food! Thankfully I'd packed some extra bits to switch my look from day to evening, so within 30 seconds, I was ready to dine.
Yumi: Dress, Kimono and Necklace (c/o) - Bracelet: Swarovski - Shoes: F&F
My gorgeous lace trim kimono is strangely warmer than it looks and helped protect me from the evening breeze. I'm looking forward to styling it again with denim shorts and a cami at Glastonbury later this month! My statement necklace is a chunky slice of agate and gave my look a bit more of a dressier feel. Yumi products always look much better on, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved this outfit!
After food, we headed home and ended up passing the Arnolfini, so caught the end of an art exhibition. There's always something going on in Bristol!
Make sure you check out Yumi's blog to follow the other 29 bloggers involved in this awesome campaign! Have you ever bought anything from Yumi? What's your favourite Summer item of clothing?

Your kimono gives such a floaty, ethereal vibe to your outfit and the metallic sandals add the perf finishing touch <3
