Oh My GOSH!

Just wanted to pop on and show off my new GOSH haul. It's nice to get some new goodies to try out, and I am really impressed with these.


I don't normally use cream blusher but I loved the look of this hot pink colour (005 Lusty Pink) and thought the precise application you can get with a cream blush might help me to achieve the runway bright and fresh faced look that my normal powder blush and brush isn't quite catching.


This is the Oscar de la Renta runway look I was going for. The GOSH cream blusher was really easy to apply and actually lasts a lot longer than I thought it would, and while the hot pink is a little scary to look at, it's hard to be heavy handed with it because it has a glossy finish. The black eyeliner is a staple in my cosmetic bag, and this GOSH kohl is pretty impressive for the price. I usually use Urban Decay 24/7 pencils but this one holds it's own. A nice dense black line, and it lasts too.

The eyeshadows are GOSH 014 Dark Green and 009 Copper Eyeshadow Mono's, £4.99, and the pencil is GOSH Kohl Eyeliner in Black, £4.49 - all from Superdrug again. The shadows together create the new smoky eye - earthy and jewel metallic colours like greens, blues and bronze instead of blacks and greys, like this look from Derek Lam.


The colours are strong and the application is smooth, and call me a sucker for packaging, but I love the little coloured boxes! I haven't thrown them out yet, I'm thinking I need more, and then they'd look cute stacked next to each other in a row, like selecting a cd or dvd!

So that's my new GOSH haul. I love being a girl.
