This morning I decided to wear my Nike Air Max 1's from their Liberty AW14 collaboration with some casual threads, including my new All Saints leather jacket. It was a birthday gift from my parents and I couldn't wait to take it for a test drive. Like a good pair of Dr. Martens, I think it needs to be worn in before it softens up. I was planning to take more Bristol street style snaps today but the annoying wind forced me to stay indoors. British blogger problems.
I wasn't sure about these rawrsome trainers until they arrived and my beau convinced me they were hella cool. They're my second pair of Nike Air's, fit true to size and are the comfiest sneakers ever. I think they work perfectly with this all black look...Would you agree?

This week I've started to declutter my wardrobe and I'm now only buying 'essential' wardrobe pieces. Josie has encouraged me to think about adopting a French wardrobe and Steph has inspired me to buy quality over quantity. I don't think I'll ever stop buying new leather jackets and boho maxi dresses, but I am hoping to buy less fast fashion!

I agree with Carly, I see a bit of Steph here...I associate anything drapey and black with her outfits haha! I don't own any but I do like Nike, especially their Liberty collaborations. I spotted some a couple of weeks ago that have a pale grey floral print with charcoal polka dots over the top (hi-tops) but I don't know what I'd wear them with. 2015 wardrobe resolution is definitely quality over quantity. Oh, and also to buy a proper pair of jeans as I currently only own one pair :) x
