When I think of Ted Baker, I think of beautiful floral prints and classic cuts. I adore their evening dresses, midi skirts and accessories but I only recently discovered their incredible swimwear collection.
In 10 days it's our first year wedding anniversary! We've been on two mini-moons so far and we're looking forward to our actual honeymoon in September, but we're also going to be celebrating our official anniversary by heading away next weekend. As I haven't updated my swimwear collection in over a year, I decided it was time for a new addition to celebrate this special occasion!
After taking quite a large break from my fitness regime *A-HEM*, I was after a one piece. I spent about an hour poring over UK Swimswear's extensive collection but decided on this wonderful Ted Baker Sirinea Entangled Enchantment Swimsuit.
Ted Baker swimsuit: UK Swimwear (c/o)
I haven't had a chance to test it out yet but I tried it on when it arrived and was pleasantly surprised by the fit and support offered by the lightly padded cups. This is a bandeau swimsuit but comes with optional (and adjustable) straps which I'll be using - the fear of jumping in a pool and it falling down, is REAL.
The Sirinea swimsuit has a very elegant design and to me, looks quintessentially British. I'm really looking forward to wearing it and even though I always worry about looking a terrifying shade of white, it's quite flattering on my pale skin tone but would look equally as good with a tan.
UK Swimwear have such a wide range of swimsuit styles and brands, from simple and practical, to statement prints and sexy cuts (Forever Unique, I'm looking at you). After playing it safe and classy with this one, I'm now considering something cut out and bold for next time.
What's your swimwear style? Are you a one piece or two piece kind of gal? - T
