Christmas Blog Club at Bath & Unwind HQ!

On Thursday I made my way to the Bath and Unwind HQ, in Bristol, for this month's Blog Club! Until recently, I had no idea they were Bristol-based so it was awesome to check out their new (dreamy) offices and finally get a chance to meet the team. 

This month's Blog Club was Christmas themed and had a wonderful turnout! It was so great to meet lots of new bloggers (I had no idea there were so many local girls I hadn't met) and hang out with some of my old favourites. Sophie & Hayley are the founders of Blog Club and always put on such great events but this one was had an extra special sprinkling of festive cheer.

As previously mentioned, the event was held at Bath and Unwind's swanky new offices in central Bristol. I was kind of in awe of their decor as soon as I walked in, it's an awesome creative space which has a bit of a 'New York loft vibe' going on.

After being treated to some bubbly and mingling with some fellow blogettes, the team at Bath and Unwind introduced themselves and told us about the plan for the evening! The night started off with a raffle (which I happened to win...) and was followed by gingerbread decorating, nail painting and free makeovers! I'm not particularly artistic so my gingerbread man was pretty shocking but I had lots of fun giving it a whirl.

I was too busy chatting (standard) to take part in the pampering but it was such a fun evening and it was awesome to finally meet Faye of I Wish I Could Wink (and talk weddings). I made lots of new blog pals too including Karina of The Style Idealist who is another absolute sweetheart.

As Christmas is fast approaching, there were loads of incredible gifts dotted around the office! As I still have at least 8 more gifts to buy (probably more like 12) it was good to get some inspiration. The girls encouraged us to take some snaps of the products to enter into a mini photography competition so I picked a few of my favourite items to photograph.

I was instantly drawn to the Go Be Lovely rollerball perfume, mostly because I'm obsessed with rollerballs and it looks like it belongs in Anthropologie (my second home). The adorable Ruby + Ed bunny is way too cute & like every other blogger there, I wanted to take it home. I remember spotting R&E at a Good Results PR press day many moons ago and falling in love with it! This would make the perfect gift for a little one. The last set I had my eyes on was 'Bath Jewels' by Aromatherapy Associates - a brand which every beauty blogger loves! I've tried The Star before and it's pretty darn fab - the perfect little stocking filler.

All of these products can be bought on the Bath and Unwind website, if you've never heard of them before you should definitely check them out, especially if you still need to buy Xmas gifts/want to treat yourself. I'm a really big fan of their skin and haircare.
