On Monday I headed to Brown's Hotel in London for the Next Christmas Afternoon Tea! Next always host the best events and I was really excited to catch up with some of my favourite blogging pals.
I met up with Steph of Faiiint and grabbed some lunch before heading to the party. We were the first to arrive and we couldn't get over how festive it looked! The tables were beautifully decorated and we all had our own gingerbread man, jolly hat and stocking.

There was a special crafting area for decorating our gingerbread men and personalising some Christmas baubles! As you can probably tell, I'm not the most artistic person in the world but we all had so much fun creating our little works of 'art'.
I wasn't sure who was going to be there but I spotted lots of familiar faces and made friends with some new ones! When we arrived we were given champagne but the high tea was absolutely scrummy. It seemed like there was a never ending supply of treats as the plates were being constantly re-filled as we played 'pass the parcel'...Amazing.
Gemma, Claudia of Pink Manolos - Moi - Steph - EllieI figured a few of you would want to know what was inside the stocking so I also took a cheeky snap of my goodies! I was given two hats, some gloves, a trio of lipglosses, a Christmas candle, a few nuts, nommy biscuits and a bit of bling. What a loot.
Huge thanks to Next for such an awesome event, listening to Britney's Christmas song while eating scones made my afternoon haha!

The food is insane! From the number of times I have made cake pops I would love to say mine were as pretty as that. But that would be untrue! You all look so festive and cute. I need Christmas to hurry up I think! I hope you had as much fun as it looks like you had.

Eeee! I want to go back, it was such a fun afternoon & I want more scones & mini trifles & smooth French guys pouring me tea! They really do throw the best parties, hope there is another one soon so we can hang out again! <3
