#Georgeous Summer Dresses with George At Asda!

George at Asda recently challenged us to a summer dress style off, 1 dress 2 Rawr ways! There are so many amazing summer dresses online and instore right now, and most of them are under £25 which is just insane! We chose this Lace Double Layer Dress (£25) and set to creating our individual outfits with other bits from George's fab summer collection, to my outfit! . . .

This dress is not something I would usually choose for myself, it's more of a Tara dress, but I absolutely love how it looks on! It's SO flattering and feels more like a dress double it's pricetag! I had a casual vision in mind for it so I popped a cool pastel cotton candy striped shirt underneath, threw a cute floral denim jacket over it with a girly lace scarf to match, and finished the look off with this pair of adorable white cut out brogue-esque shoes. Do you like?

Floral on floral on floral! It works right? I'm loving the pop of mint collar too, the shirt is only £10 and something I can see myself wearing all summer.

    I kind of expected the shoes to be Clarks, so I'm quite impressed that they're Asda. The supermarkets keep surprising me this season. :) x

    This dress is beautiful... I adore anything with lace as it gives a nice feminine touch to more plain/masculine outfits which I mostly like but this looks super cute on you, especially with the shoes xx

    Aww thanks! Yeah it's not my usual cup of tea to be honest but it was fun to bend it into something I would wear and I think it really works!

    That George Lace Double Layer Dress is lovely - I love floral lace. That girly lace scarf completes the pretty look of your outfit beautifully.
