Yesterday I headed to Bath with my mum for a little shopping spree. Bath is such a beautiful city and it has a few stores we don't have in Bristol, including Banana Republic. I ended up buying a few classic pieces (Josie would be proud) including a Roland Mouret x BR bodycon dress! The collection sold out online within 1 hour so I was extremely lucky to get my paws on one. The customer service in BR is off the chain, huge props to Lottie the SA who helped me with my purchases, turns out she has a healthy SpiritHoods addiction and denim is her life (I'm pretty sure we were separated at birth).
I decided to wear my awesome kimono from new Manchester-based brand, Lily Lulu. I first spotted this boho-inspired kimono on the beautiful Hannah of Hannah Louise Fashion and was extremely excited when I was given the chance to feature it in an outfit post! I like to be comfortable when I shop so paired it with some trusty Hudson's and a pair of sandals.
Kimono: Lily Lulu (c/o) - Cami: Oasis - Jeans: Hudson - Necklace: Accessorize - Bracelets: Tokyo Jane - Sandals: New Look
This Roberta Egyptian Print Kimono is a statement piece so I think you either LOVE it or hate it. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of it considering it's so darn affordable - nothing on the Lily Lulu site is over £40! It's super soft and I would've paid double the price for it if I saw it in a shop. I was tempted to get the M/L but this is the S/M which fits perfectly and is still nice and oversized. I did catch my sleeves on door knobs and hangers all day long but it was totally worth it!
I took these snaps while in Bath, I'll happily stand in the middle of a street and pose for photos but this was hard work, I get the impression the people of Bath wanted to be in my shots too... Sorrrry guys!
Do you like bohemian kimonos? Have you heard of Lily Lulu?

I love how you have styled this kimono, especially as the necklace just seems like it was made for this outfit! You pull this off well, but I don't think it would suit me unfortunately!

Can't wait to see what you bought! Jelly of your RM x BR dress, they all looked so amaze! Love the kimono, you so suit things like this whereas I'd look like a wally (probably because I'd be acting like one, anything floaty like this and I can't help but run around and pretend to fly because I'm 5 years old.) X
