Shelikes Floral Maxi Dress!

I don't usually do maxi dresses and I certainly don't do floral, but I saw this Naomi Cream Floral Print Maxi Dress (£39) from shelikes.com and I just had summery floaty visions of girliness! 

I love the button down leading to a front split and the fact that it's lined to a short length so you don't have to worry about finding a slip for underneath. It's elasticated at the waist, but I've belted it at the empire line just because I find it more flattering for my shape. Never one to be too feminine, I've paired it with some suede boots and a biker, but I just loved wafting around!

How cute is the ditsy floral print? Tara got me the gold H&M necklace for my birthday, and the green stone necklace is from Ziba. It matches my jade engagement ring so I'm finding myself wearing it all the time!

The boots are Steve Madden, they're definitely more summer boots than winter boots and I see them getting a lot of wear once the weather picks up. I took inspiration from the new Zara ad when I chose to rock the socks with them, I think it looks good!

I really hope this nice weather sticks around because these legs really need to see some sun and I totally intend to get this dress back out sometime soon :)
