Rawrgirls Review: El Paso II Minnetonka Moccasins!

I've been a fan of Minnetonka for years. I remember spotting Kate Moss wearing a pair of their knee high boots back in 2008 and thinking I *need* them! The girls at Minnetonka were kind enough to send me a pair of the El Paso II moccasins to review and I couldn't wait for them to arrive.

After slipping them on I noticed how well they fit and they were so comfortable. Sometimes I struggle with shoes because I’m an annoying half size! Although the Minnetonka online store suggests you size up if you’re a half size, I sized down because I have slender feet and the UK 6 fits like a glove.

I love the beautiful brown colour and Mexican style embroidery. They make me think of festivals because they're so boho. It was a little chilly the day I wore them which is why I was rockin’ skinny jeans… I can’t wait to wear them with ripped denim cut offs à la Kate Moss and Miley Cyrus.

Minnetonkas are a firm festival favourite amongst US celebrities but since it's unlikely that Glastonbury will be as warm as Coachella, I’ll be leaving these beauties at home. They have a lightweight rubber sole which isn't ideal for mud but is perfect for general wear in the summer. My feet love them.
